Pacific Mist Manzanita
Pacific Mist Manzanita is a low-growing woody shrub, spreading to about 8 feet wide by about 2 feet tall. This fast growing California native plant forms a dense mounded foliage in it's maturity. Leaves are an oval medium grayish-green about 2" long and new branching is a striking purplish color. Plant Arctostaphylos 'Pacific Mist' in sun or shade and give plenty of drainage. Make sure not to overwater and this Manzanita requires very little water once established. Small white blooms appear in Winter but are fairly inconspicuous. Hardy to about 10 deg. F.
