Limelight Licorice Plant has incredibly bright chartreuse foliage that can brighten up any garden. Leaves are somewhat heart-shapes with a velvety texture. It best in dappled sunlight in rich fertile soils, but can tolerate some sand and light clay. Helichrysum petiolare 'Limelight' will sprawl out to about 7 feet wide by about 2 feet tall. Tends to look nicest with some occasional pruning of 'leggy' growth. Blooms in Summer but inconspicuous. The unique foliage color is the main notable characteristic. Native to South Africa. Hardy to 30 deg. F.
