Mexican Sage is a fast-growing herbaceous perennial. Great for English cottage, country, ranch, Southwestern, Mediterranean, and California Native garden styles. Drought tolerant but does best with moderate to regular watering. Salvia Leucantha 'Midnight' will die back to the ground in a frost but will typically come back vigorously the following growing season. Will attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Deer tolerant. Native to Mexico and the tropical regions of South America. USDA Zone: 8-10.
