The Silver Sheen Pittosporum is a wonderful large shrub to use for screening off unsightly views or softening up property lines. It's wispy attractive foliage also makes it a great choice to use as a single specimen or highlighting flanking columns to 'grand' up and entry. It's upright growth habit is predictable and easy to maintain. Can also be used in large containers. Silver Sheen is also secoast tolerant ame will do best in full sun or partial shade. However, in hotter inland climates, it will not perform as well often times. Note that this plant contains mild toxins. Hardy to 20 deg. F.
