A beautiful lacey upright shrubs with bold speckled Maple-like leaves. Half-dollar sized bell-shaped salmon colored flowers and appear in Summer through Fall. Like bright dappled light but can thrive in sun or part shade. Abutilon likes regular water and will grow to about 8 feet tall by 5 feet wide or more. Requires very little maintenance. Even does well in a container as a small patio tree. Pairs nicely with Liriope, Loropetalum, Acorus, Ajuga, and Helichrysum. Sometimes refered to as Parlor Maple. Native to Brazil.
