Quite a unique and somewhat hard to find California Lilac, the Tuxedo variety has dark black-purplish leaves and light lavender colored flowers growing to about 7 feet tall and wide in an open, lacey habbit. Can be kept smaller if desired. Very drought tolerant once established. Does best in a part shade scenario. This is a very boutique selection...guaranteed you will be the only kid on the block with this one! Flowers a slightly fragrant. Hardy to about 12 deg. F. Drought tolerant.
