Blue Star Creeper is an incredible low growing sprawling groundcover with dainty light blue nearly white flowers. Isotoma fluviatilis is mostely used as a 'stepabe' perennial between concrete pavers, flagstone, or other hardscapes where a green joint is desired. This little plant does best when kept from hot sun and likes regular water. Spreads to about 16-18" wide. Flowers appear in Spring and can last for a few weeks.
