Lantana is a hardy and long blooming trailing shrub. Very drought tolerant and easy to grow! Lantana can adapt to many soil types and growing conditions. Plant Lantana in sun for the best flowering results. This plant forms a dense mat and will spread to about 8 feet wide. Trailing Lantana is quite a diverse plant...it does well on slopes, grows fast, and tolerates deer and seaside conditions. It will also attract bees and butterflies. Hardy to 15 deg. F. and native to South America. This plant would be a great addition to a Southwest style landscape.
