- Olea Wilsonii is a great choice for Mediterranean and Southwest style landscapes, especially if you love the look of a classic olive tree but want to avoid the mess of heavy fruit drop. This variety is known for being nearly fruitless, though it may occasionally produce a small crop under ideal conditions. If you are looking for a completely non fruiting option, Swan Hill Olives® is another popular choice to consider.
- This tree has that timeless olive look with soft gray green foliage and a naturally sculptural form that works beautifully in both formal and relaxed garden designs. It can be trained as a single trunk or allowed to develop a lower branching structure for a more natural, multi trunk appearance. Many of the trees we carry are grown with low branching, which gives them character right from the start.
- Olea Wilsonii is highly drought tolerant once established and thrives in full sun. It prefers well drained soil but is adaptable to a range of soil types, making it a reliable and low maintenance option for many landscapes. Like most olives, it benefits from occasional deep watering and minimal summer irrigation once mature.
