Hens and Chicks is perhaps the most enduring and natable of succulents. This wonderful plant forms a mound of multiple rosettes with stubby flat leaves which range in tone from chalky gray in the center to a purplish red tone at the edges. Echeveria x imbricata can be planted in both sun and shade and is very hardy and easy to grow. In hotter ares, provide shade from hot afternoon sun. Red and yellow flowers in Spring and Summer. Drought and deet tolerant. Hardy to 25 deg. F.
