Sometimes sold as Phormium 'Chief' or 'Rainbow Chief', this beautiful cultivar of New Zealand Flax is a true show-stopper. Will grow to about 5 feet tall and wide, can be growin in sun or shade, and is fairly drought tolerant. Although it blooms in Spring, the flower is insignificant. Hardy to 20 deg. F.
