- Tecoma capensis, commonly known as Cape Honeysuckle, is a fast growing, evergreen shrub known for its bright, tubular flowers and easygoing nature. In this trained, on stake form, it is shaped into a more upright, tree like structure, making it a great option for adding height and a more formal presence to the landscape.
- The blooms come in vivid shades of orange, with some variations showing hints of red or yellow, creating a bold and cheerful display against its deep green foliage. Flowering can occur throughout much of the year in warm climates, with peak blooms in fall through spring.
